Product Warranty
The product has a one-year warranty and the policy is below
First Time Replacement:
- If the product is faulty within the warranty period, the customer is eligible for a one-time replacement.
- The replacement will be with the same new product.
Second Time Replacement:
- The customer can get the same new product at a 50% discount if a second replacement is needed.
Third Replacement:
- If the same product is unavailable for the third replacement, the customer can choose any available product.
- In this case, the customer pays 60% of the original product's price. E.g. If the product selected is 100 AED, the customer will pay only 60 AED.
