Warranty Policy

A 6-month Limited Warranty covers every D E M B E.bk product against manufacturing defects.

First Replacement

If a verified manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, the customer is entitled to:

• One complimentary replacement.
• The customer may obtain a brand-new replacement of the same model at 50% of the product's retail price.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Scratches
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by D E M B E.bk.
