Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused.
• Products must be returned in original packaging.
• All accessories, certificates, warranty cards, and tags must be included.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customized or special-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
