1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or stock unavailability.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

The purchase agreement becomes effective only when the order has been shipped.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.

We accept approved payment methods available at checkout.

Payments must be successfully authorized before orders are processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, D E M B E.bk is not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Courier disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
